This dancing year’s Burns’ Night Ceilidh dance will take place on Friday 27th January 2023. Arrival will be from 6.30pm for prompt start at 7pm. We planned a night of music, Scottish Country Dancing, refreshments and traditional Scottish food maybe at our new city centre location, The Church of Our Saviour. The reason for the uncertainty of the venue is the need to feed you in the manner that Robbie Burns declared more than 200 years ago. We need a suitable kitchen!!!

The dances we do may not be familiar to you, but don’t worry – we  have a “caller” – that’s what we Scots call the dance teacher who walks and talks us through each dance before we do it.

Regardless of any current high/low level of Corona transmission it is in all our interests for members and guests to self-test shortly before attending Reel Club or an event (Ceilidh or Ball).

The Ceilidh costs €xx/person (price will be known once venue is known). Once Marion has confirmed your place, please pay by bank transfer. Please contact us nearer the time if you would like to purchase a ticket.

Our bank IBAN is NL51 ABNA 0608 8536 07

The Church of Our Saviour is near the centre of Den Haag on the corner of Bezuidenhoutseweg and Koningin Marialaan; its Atrium that our club will use is behind the church on the corner of Koningin Marialaan and Helenastraat.
