Last year’s PotLuck Ceilidh was our formal opening, our first event at the Atrium of our new venue, the Church of Our Saviour. This church is near the centre of Den Haag on the corner of Bezuidenhoutseweg and Koningin Marialaan.
This year’s ceilidh will again be very informal; a fun evening of Scottish dances on Friday 24th March 2023, but the ceilidh is now full.
Each dance will be fully explained by our caller before we start dancing. No dancing experience necessary, and anyway – making mistakes is half the fun! A partner is not needed and we normally switch partners during the evening so you can dance with more or less experienced dancers and meet some new people.
Regardless of any current high/low level of Corona transmission it is in all our interests for members and guests to self-test within 36 hours of attending Ceilidh.
To keep costs low we ask participants to bring a dish to share. A small ticket cost of €15 covers hire of the hall and refreshments. Nearer the date of the ceilidh please inform Marion (by any of email, phone or contact form) to let us know of what sort of dish you wish to bring for the table at this Potluck Ceilidh – either a savoury dish or a sweet.
If you would still like to join us (but only if there are any return tickets), please use our contact form to get in touch with Marion to reserve a place.
Then your place will be confirmed by Ian once we receive the money for the tickets into our bank account with IBAN below:-

The Potluck Ceilidh will be held at the same location as our weekly Reel Club; the Church of Our Saviour which is near the centre of Den Haag on the corner of Bezuidenhoutseweg and Koningin Marialaan. The Atrium which we use is behind the church on the corner of Koningin Marialaan and Helenastraat. Its address is Helenastraat 8, 2595 HA Den Haag.
